Data Deletion Instructions

1. Delete your data inside the app
If you can still access AI Invoice, open the app and use the built-in Delete account option. This is the fastest way to remove your account and associated cloud data for the current account.
2. Request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to Privacy@aiinvoice.site.
Please include the following so we can identify your account:
- The email address linked to your account, if available.
- Your Sign in with Apple relay email or Apple account email, if used.
- Your device platform, for example iPhone or iPad.
- The subject line Data Deletion Request.
3. Verification
To protect your account, we may ask you to verify that the request is coming from the account owner before we delete data.
4. What gets deleted
Once the request is completed, we will delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your account, including:
- Account profile and authentication records that we control.
- Cloud-synced business profiles, invoices, clients, items, and related content.
- Associated app usage data that is linked to your account where deletion is supported.
Limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, dispute resolution, backups, or legal compliance.
5. Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days of receipt.
